Sales Performance Coach

Johane works with sales teams and business managers at all levels within organizations.  She is passionate about contributing to the success of others.

She has an ability to challenge participants in a way which motivates them to grow and allows them to realize their full potential.  Johane masterfully shifts the way participants think about their role and this mind-shift allows participants to maximize their influence, impact and income.

Johane is viewed as being creative, resourceful and engaging.  She encourages active listening in class and stresses the importance of identifying client’s needs before implementing sales solutions.  Her action oriented approach contributes significantly to positive organizational transformation.

She has helped improve business top and bottom lines for a diverse range of industries including but not limited to the following:- Cosmetic, technology, insurance, pharmaceutical and IT.

She is a regular coach/trainer on subjects of sales, sales Leadership effectiveness, employee motivation and corporate performance. She sits on the Advisory Council for the Business Woman Network of Quebec and in 2010 she was inducted into the Business Woman Award under the category of “Transformational Mentor in Organisations.”

Johane has a university background in business and psychology. She also holds advanced coaching credentials through Ericsson College in Vancouver and is an active Member and Certified Coach at the International Coach Federation.
